Returns
All pet products are non-refundable unless the product is damaged. For returns, please contact us and we will then make arrangements by sending you a Return Authorisation number. Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping is non-refundable unless due to damage.

Shipping
Shipping will occur as soon as possible after an order is placed. Orders will be processed in the order that they arrive.
